Is the installation complicated?

No. With the Divantico smart cup or board, you get all the functions of a bidet already built in. That means no

3. After the consultation, our team will propose a solution:
• if the defect is simple, we send the part directly to your address and you change it yourself,
• if the defect is more complicated, you can send us the whole board or a part, and we will repair it or
replace with a new one – depending on the type of failure.
