1.4 Replacements and termination of the contract
To carry out the replacement, you need to fill out the Contract Withdrawal Form [download
document] and send the item together with the fiscal receipt to the address Republic of Serbia, city
Vranje, st. Franca Rozmana no. 8, postal code 17500 and to the e-mail address .divantis.pr@gmail.comTo implement the termination of the Contract (refund), the procedure is the same as for the replacement, only inthe form you state that you want a refund, not a replacement. You send the completed form together withthe fiscal receipt and the item to the address Republic of Serbia, city Vranje, st. Franca Rozmana no. 8,postal code 17500 . You can also send the form to the e-mail address divantis.pr@gmail.com .
We can replace the item if the item is returned unused and in good condition.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you need to send photos of the item with the damage
on the same day without delay to the e-mail address divantis.pr@gmail.com and no later than within
24 hours. State in the message what kind of damage it is. After you report the damage or
incorrectly received item, we will send a courier service to your address and notify you about it
via e-mail. All costs in this case are borne by DIVANTIS PR.
Note:
The item you are returning must be adequately packed and secured by you.
The original box must be sealed with adhesive tape, so as not to cause damage during
transport. Otherwise, we are not responsible for your return and its acceptance.Upon receipt of the item, it will be determined whether the item is correct and undamaged. If it is determined thatthe defect or damage to the item occurred due to the consumer’s fault, the refund will be refused and the itemwill be returned to you at your expense, or the refund will be made in proportion to the remaining valueof the goods. The purchase price is returned to the consumer upon receipt of the item, after it has been determined that the item
is undamaged and correct.
Replacement deadline
The deadline for replacing an item is 14 days from the date the product was taken over by the customer.
Replacement costs
The costs of replacing the goods are borne by the buyer in both directions according to the price list of the courier service, except in
cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.
