Exchanges and contract termination

To process an exchange, you need to fill out the Contract Termination Form [download
document] and send the item along with the fiscal receipt to the following address: Vranje, Franca
Rozmana st. 8, postal code 17500. You can also send the form to the e-mailaddress divantis.pr@gmail.com.To terminate the Contract (refund), the procedure is the same as for an exchange, except that inthe form you indicate that you want a refund, not an exchange. Send the completed form together withthe fiscal receipt and the item to the following address: Vranje, Franca Rozmana st. 8, postal code
17500. You can also send the form to the e-mail address divantis.pr@gmail.com
We can exchange the item if it is returned unused and in proper condition.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you need to send photos of the damaged item to the e-mail address divantis.pr@gmail.com on the same day without delay, and no later than within
24 hours. Indicate in the message what kind of damage it is. After you report the damage or
incorrectly received item, we will send a courier service to your address and notify you about it
via e-mail. All costs in this case are borne by Divantis Pr.
Note:
The item you are returning must be adequately packed and secured by you.
The original box or bag of the item must not be taped with adhesive tape; it must
be secured with additional packaging (e.g., packed in an additional bag, box…)
to prevent damage during transport. Otherwise, we are not responsible for your return andacceptance of the same.Upon receipt of the item, it will be determined whether the item is correct and undamaged. If it is determined thatthe defect or damage to the item occurred due to the consumer’s fault, the refund will be refused and the itemwill be returned to you at your expense, or the refund will be made in proportion to the remaining valueof the goods. The purchase price is returned to the consumer upon receipt of the item, after it has been determined that the item
is undamaged and correct.
Exchange period
The deadline for exchanging an item is 14 days from the date the product was received by the customer.

Replacement costs
The costs of replacing the goods are borne by the buyer in both directions according to the price list of the courier service, except in
cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.
