Delivery

After placing an order, the consumer receives a confirmation email about the successful order.
From the moment we receive your order until the moment of delivery, the planned delivery time is 5 working days.

Note: if we do not have some of the items in the collective order, we will certainly deliver the item you ordered that is available in our stock.

Standard delivery
Standard delivery implies delivery with a deadline of 5 working days from the moment of the order.
If you want to replace an item, the cost of sending the replacement is borne by the consumer in both directions.

Courier service – delivery
The selected courier service for order delivery is Bex Express – an external company that performs the delivery of goods.
Shipments are delivered to the address specified in the order in the period from 08:00 to 16:00.Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can receive the shipment during that period.When receiving the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package for any visible damage.If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately via e-mail at divantis.pr@gmail.com or via the Call Center – customer support at +381638473722.

If the shipment appears to be undamaged, feel free to take the shipment and sign the delivery note to the courier.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, they will call you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date.If they still do not find you at the address, the shipment is returned to us.New service – pick-up at a parcel machine – (we do not recommend this service due to the large size of the packages). Select the option to pick up at a parcel machine, and then select the appropriate location.
After receiving the code from the courier service, your package is ready for pickup.
The notification message from the courier service will also state the deadline for picking up the package.

Delivery check by the customer
Please check whether the item is in good condition after receiving the shipment.
If you notice that the item is not in good condition, it is necessary to notify us immediately via e-mail at divantis.pr@gmail.com or via the Call Center – customer support at +381638473722.

Delivery price
The delivery price ranges from RSD 1,600 for one toilet seat to RSD 3,500 for one toilet bowl; VAT is included in the price.

In the event of a replacement, the consumer bears the entire transport costs of the courier service.
You can make a replacement by contacting the Call Center at +381638473722 or by sending a request for replacement with the indication of the item you are replacing and the item you want us to deliver to you.

Delivery time
Divantis Pr. undertakes to deliver the goods ordered in the period from Monday at 00:00 to Friday at 10:00 to the courier service within 72 hours.Divantis Pr. undertakes to deliver the goods ordered in the period from Friday at 10:00 to Sunday at 24:00 to the courier service from Monday.

For items that we are unable to deliver, we will notify you via e-mail or SMS.

For orders placed via the Call Center, Divantis Pr will send an SMS for items that we are canceling.

For orders placed via e-mail, Divantis Pr will send an e-mail to the entered e-mail address.
In case of replacement, the shipping costs are paid by the consumer.
